1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the zk99 online gaming platform accessible at zk99.biz ("Platform"). The platform is operated by ZK99 ("Company", "we"). These Terms take effect as soon as you click the "Register" button or use any service provided by zk99.

Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest version in effect.

2Account Eligibility

To register for and use zk99's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or above at the time of registration. ZK99 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a a resident or citizen of Malaysia and accessing the platform from within Malaysia.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling activities by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• You do not represent or act on behalf of any third party without explicit written authorisation from zk99.
• Your account has never been suspended or closed by zk99 for breaching these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

3Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the zk99 platform. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, phone number, email address, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on a valid Malaysian identity card or passport
• Identity card number (MyKad) or valid passport number
• An active email address that belongs to you
• A valid and active Malaysian mobile number
• Accurate date of birth

ZK99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected on your account. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ZK99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to safeguard your login information.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zk99 platform — whether deposits or withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. ZK99 does not accept or process any transactions in foreign currencies.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

ZK99 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (direct transfer)
• FPX (Internet Banking — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks)

The minimum deposit is RM 10 and the maximum daily deposit limit depends on your account's VIP tier. Deposits made via methods not listed above will not be accepted and funds will be returned to the original source.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in your own name.
• Any bonus received carries its own wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• ZK99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing the first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: 10 minutes (standard members), 5 minutes (VIP Gold members and above), instant (Diamond members).

5Bonuses & Promotions

ZK99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to players. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions as stated alongside the promotional offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each welcome bonus may only be claimed one time only per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• The standard wagering requirement is 15x to 30x depending on the bonus type. The exact wagering requirement will be stated in the respective promotion details.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Any bonus left unused during this period will expire and be automatically reversed by the system.
• ZK99 reserves the right to void any bonus where promotional abuse or fraud is established.

VIP Cashback is calculated based on net weekly losses (after deducting all winnings within the same period) and is credited automatically every Monday. Cashback carries no wagering requirements and may be withdrawn directly.

6Game Rules

All games available on the zk99 platform — including slots, Table Games, roulette, football, live matches, and lottery — are governed by their respective game rules, accessible within each game's interface. The following general rules apply to all game types:

• Game results generated by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and cannot be contested.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, zk99 will resolve the matter based on available system records. zk99 is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or use automated software to play is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
• For Sports Betting, zk99 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of extraordinary circumstances, including match fixing, official result amendments, or errors in odds setting.
• All accepted bets are final. Players may not cancel a bet once it has been accepted by the system.

7Prohibited Player Conduct

The following activities and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the zk99 platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process or conceal money from illegal sources is a serious criminal offence.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity or providing false information during sign-up.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or zk99 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning or operating more than one account on the zk99 platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering under a different identity to claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Malicious Software: Using bots, automated software, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• System Disruption: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage zk99's technical infrastructure.

8Security & Data Privacy

By accepting these Terms, you authorise zk99 to:

• Retaining records of all transactions for the minimum period required under Malaysian law.

9Account Suspension & Closure

ZK99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms.
• Suspicious or unusual activity has been detected on the account.
• The player failed to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the required timeframe.
• Upon a valid request from Malaysian authorities.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the zk99 customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be returned to you via your chosen payment method, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements.

10Limitation of Liability

ZK99 provides its online gaming platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, zk99 is not liable for:

• Technical disruptions to the platform caused by factors beyond zk99's control, such as internet service provider outages, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of a player's account due to the player's own negligence.
• Disputed game outcomes after the stipulated appeal period (72 hours from the time of play) has expired.

Zk99's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days prior to the claim being made, or RM 500, whichever is lower.

11Amendments to These Terms

ZK99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page, unless a different effective date is expressly stated.

For changes deemed material or significant, zk99 will endeavour to notify players via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
